What to expect from the meditations:
The session works with an interactive private link that will be emailed to you. It's easily accessible via tablet, mobile, or computer and creates an environment where you will see others in the group and they will see you. You're encouraged to keep your video on and be an active, present part of the group.
It's ideal to find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted.
Schedule about an hour for each session.
Many of the meditations will be guided meditations to help develop the first steps of focus and concentration. Followed by an experience of silent sitting. The meditations are not affiliated with any religion.
After the meditations there's an opportunity to check in and share your experience. It helps you to gain confidence and teaches you to trust your experience.
Sessions are interactive and take place in a respectful environment. There is never any pressure to share - at the same time you will be encouraged to express yourself.
Things that maybe shared during the sessions are confidential and not to be shared with others without prior written consent.
Meditations are free. Donations are welcomed to support the activity, pay for the platform and the time required to do it.
